ABOUT YOUR TEACHERS
James & Yvette Brown learned to meditate together 11 years ago, about a year after adopting their first son, an event that turned their lives, and their relationship, upside down. The practice was easy to learn and simple to do. So they did it, everyday. And that made all the difference. James now teaches meditation full time, while Yvette is an artist. They have two VERY energetic boys, 6 and 12, a crazy dog and live in The Presidio of San Francisco.
