To sign up for this course you must have attended an Intro to Vedic Meditation session, or watched this intro video and spoken to James beforehand.
The course consists of four 90-minute sessions of personal instruction, taken once a day for four days. Upon completion of the course you will graduate as a self-sufficient meditator, with the tools and knowledge needed to make it a daily practice, and with a lifetime of free follow-up support. SCHEDULE - You may take whichever session works best with your schedule on a given day, which means you can flip-flop between morning and evening as needed.
Thursday, February 8 - your choice of sessions at 10:00-11:30am or 7-8:30pm
Friday, February 9 - your choice of sessions at 10:00-11:30am or 7-8:30pm
Monday, February 12 - your choice of sessions at 10:00-11:30am or 7-8:30pm
Thursday, February 13 - your choice of sessions at 10:00-11:30am or 7-8:30pm
The morning sessions are held at 1276 Ruckman Avenue, Unit B, in The Presidio. (MAP) Parking is available on the gravel strip behind the house and a temporary parking pass will be provided.
The evening sessions are held at 451 Pacific Avenue in downtown SF. (MAP) There is decent street parking in the area, especially to the East. There are also two pay lots at Sansome and Pacific if you're having trouble finding a spot.
If you're a current Vedic or TM meditator you're welcome to join this course on Days 2-4 for a free refresh. Advanced techniques are given on Day 1 to existing meditators who've been practicing for a year or more. Please let us know which sessions you wish to attend using the form below.
