SF - Vedic Meditation Course - Morning Edition

To sign up for this course you must have attended an Intro to Vedic Meditation session, or watched this intro video and spoken to James beforehand.

The course consists of four 90-minute sessions of personal instruction, taken once a day for four days. Upon completion of the course you will graduate as a self-sufficient meditator, with the tools and knowledge needed to make it a daily practice, and with a lifetime of free follow-up support. SCHEDULE

MONDAY, TUESDAY AND THURSDAY @ your choice of 7am-8:30Am or 10:30am-12pm 

WEDNESDAY @ your choice of 7-8:30am or 10-11:30am. (Note the second session will start 30 minutes earlier on this day.)

You may take whichever session works with your schedule on a given day. Which means that, yes, you can flip flop between sessions as needed. 

If you're a current Vedic or TM meditator you're welcome to join this course on Days 2-4 for a free refresh. Advanced techniques are given on Day 1 to existing meditators who've been practicing for a year or more. Please let us know which sessions you wish to attend using the form below.
