Vedic Meditation Course

To sign up for this course you must have attended an Intro to Vedic Meditation session or watched our intro video, to learn more about the practice, course and the follow-up support program.

The course consists of four 90-minute sessions of personal instruction, taken once a day for four days. Upon completion of the course you will graduate as a self-sufficient meditator, with the tools and knowledge needed to make it a daily practice, and with a lifetime of free follow-up support. It's awesome.

“When I studied with James I’d been meditating with apps like Headspace for about two years, but something important was missing. Since transitioning my practice to the Flow method I’ve experienced a measurable reduction in feelings of exasperation and feel more balanced, present, connected and alive.” Martin Tobias, CEO, Bulletproof Upgrade Labs
