To sign up for this course you must have attended an Intro to Vedic Meditation session or watched our intro video, to learn more about the practice, course and the follow-up support program.

The course consists of three 2-hour sessions of personal instruction, taken once a day for three days. Upon completion of the course you will graduate as a self-sufficient meditator, with the tools and knowledge needed to make it a daily practice, and with a lifetime of free follow-up support. It's awesome.

“When I studied with James I’d been meditating with apps like Headspace for about two years, but something important was missing. Since transitioning my practice to the Flow method I’ve experienced a measurable reduction in feelings of exasperation and feel more balanced, present, connected and alive.” Martin Tobias, CEO, Bulletproof Upgrade Labs
