The course consists of three sessions of 2 hours of personal instruction taken once a day for 3 days. After completing the course you will graduate knowing how to meditate, with the tools and knowledge you need to make it part of your day, and with access to a lifetime of free follow-up support. Session 1: Saturday, July 27 @ your choice of 10am-12pm or 5:30-7:30pm
Session 2: Sunday, July 28 @ 3:30-5:30pm
Session 3: Monday, July 29 @ your choice of 10am-12pm or 6:30-8:30pm
Note: You may be able to schedule a private 1-hour Session 1 on Friday, July 26th, or attend a special 2-hour group session at 9am on Sunday, July 28th. Please email us for details.
