Come join us for a thought-provoking session in which you’ll learn about the true nature of desire, and discover how an open and allowing approach to meditation can help us become a channel for whatever wants to be made manifest through us.

This is the first in a series of monthly workshops I’ll be offering through The Center SF on the 4th Sunday of the month. The session will be a mix of lecture, discussion and meditation. If you don't already know how to meditate you will be given instruction in simple, accessible technique. After the session we may decide to go grab some food, or simply hang out and sip some tea and continue the conversation.
