Session 1 - March 24 @ 6 - 8pm – Receive your personalized mantra and the first instructions on how to use it in meditation.

Session 2 - March 25 @ 4 - 6pm - Refine your technique to learn how to meditate easily and effectively without trying to concentrate or control the mind. Learn about how meditation affects the body allowing for the release of stored stress.

Session 3 - March 26 @ 4 - 6pm - How to do from being a meditation dabbler to a daily meditator. Practical tips and tricks to make meditation a daily practice so you can enjoy all the short and long-term benefits that flow from doing so.

Vedic Meditation is offered to small groups to ensure a quality learning experience. Course fees are selected by the student from a sliding scale. The idea is that a student should pay less than a Junior Account Executive, who should pay less than a CEO. It made sense to me when I learned and I hope it does to you, too.

Early registration is encouraged, and incentivized. Discounts are also offered for couples and friends learning together (I learned with my wife and love when others do the same), and for full-time students with proof of enrollment. Short payment plans are also available to stretch the cost out over a few months with a small surcharge. Live Sessions with James. Your choice of Tuesdays at 10:30am or Wednesdays at 5pm Pacific time.

  • Tuesday morning session: 10:30 - 11:45am Pacific time on January 24, 31, February 7, 14
